No Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
Multiple orders cannot be clubbed for shipping.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer refunds once an order is processed.
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Order lost in transit
Product damaged during delivery
Incorrect product delivered
Note : To claim for the damaged items / incorrect items delivery, a proper video recording of unboxing / unpacking is required. Send the video to metturfoodfactory@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Refunds are contingent upon verification of the video's authenticity.
Approved refunds will be processed:
To the original payment method
Within 5 business days
After deducting applicable payment gateway charges
