• Stock Availability: In the event of stock unavailability, dispatch may be delayed. If the delay is expected to exceed 10 working days, we will contact you directly via your registered email or phone number.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer a transparent shipping model based on the volume of your order:

• Quantity-Based Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total quantity/weight of the products in your cart.

3. Service Area & Delivery Timelines

• Current Service Area: Our products are shipped worldwide. For International orders kindly reach us directly through Whatsapp or mail.

• Timelines: Delivery duration depends on our third-party courier partners and your specific location. While we ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by courier services are beyond our control; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving transit issues where possible.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a Tracking ID via Email.

• You can use this ID on the courier partner’s website to track the real-time status of your shipment. Alternatively, you may also check the shipment status on our website using your Order ID.

5. Delivery Failures (Non-Refundable)

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Delivery failure may occur if:

• The provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

• The provided phone number is unreachable or goes unanswered by the courier.

• Policy: In such cases of delivery failure, the order is non-refundable. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
