❌ No. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully placed
❌ No, we don't entertain refunds. Refunds are accepted for the orders lost in transit, products damaged during delivery, or incorrect items being delivered. To claim for the damaged items / incorrect items delivery, a proper video recording of unboxing / unpacking is required. Send the video to metturfoodfactory@outlook.com within 2 days of delivery.

✅ Most of our podis and health mixes have a shelf life of up to 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container
🥣 Yes. Our South Indian podis and health mixes are prepared in small batches using traditional recipes to ensure authentic taste and quality
❌ No. Our powders and mixes are 100% natural and free from artificial colors or chemical preservatives.
🏠 Transfer the contents to a dry, airtight glass or food-grade plastic jar immediately after opening. Always use a dry spoon
